Chad J. Wood, Partner
Chad J. Wood is a founding partner of Willbanks & Wood, PLC. He graduated from Portland State University in 1998 and Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2001. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. Chad is a member of the San Joaquin Bar Association and a past president and board member of the Tracy Chamber of Commerce. Chad is also a City of Stockton Hearing Officer. Chad's practices focus on personal injury, including wrongful deaths, auto accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability and products liability. In addition, he practices in Employment Law inclusive of wrongful terminations, labor code violations, general employer requirements, contractor agreements and sub-contractor agreements. Chad's practice includes corporation formation with on-going corporate development and planning. He also provides estate plans for clients.
Chad has been a Central Valley resident since 1987; he and his wife are currently raising their daughters in Tracy. He enjoys family time, bicycling, swimming, running, softball, golf and triathlons.
Glenn A. Willbanks, Partner
Glenn A. Willbanks is a founding partner of Willbanks & Wood, PLC. He graduated from Humphreys School of Law in 1987 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1988. Glenn is a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association, a member and past president of Tracy Association of Realtors, and a member of the National Association of Realtors. He is also a past president and board member of the Tracy Chamber of Commerce. In addition to being an attorney, Glenn has been a real estate broker for over 25 years. Glenn's area of practice is focused on real estate, including residential and commercial property management. Glenn has extensive practice in estate planning, inclusive of Wills, Living Trusts, power of attorney, and Health Care Directives.
Glenn has been a Central Valley resident all his life. He moved to Tracy in 1979 and raised his daughters in the area. He is a proud father, grandfather and great-grandfather who enjoys playing golf, skiing and riding his Harley.
Nathan P. Sindel, of Counsel
Nathan P. Sindel has practiced in the Los Angeles area since 2001. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1998, and Thomas Jefferson School of Laws in 2001. Admitted to the California State Bar the same year, he began working with business owners and entertainment professionals, many of whom he grew up with in the San Fernando Valley.
Nathan's client base has been anything but ordinary, ranging from musicians and actors to pyrotechnicians and restaurant/bar owners. He has assisted, amongst other matters, airplane owners with contractual issues, production companies requiring a full suite of legal documentation, and drafted complex international manufacturing agreements. With extensive experience in business from sole proprietorship to corporations, Nathan has become a trusted resource in planning and implementation. He effectively integrates both the legal as well as practical issues facing today’s business leaders, and has assisted with the startup and operation of numerous businesses state-wide.
Nathan current resides in Simi Valley, with his father, wife and son.
For over ten years, Elvira Sanchez has been a member of Willbanks and Wood team. With nearly thirty years legal, clerical and administrative experience, including Program Management for a non-profit organization, she has become a trusted resource for clients in multiple arenas.
She has lived in the Central Valley for nearly twenty years , raising five children, and currently enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters.
Susana has worked for Willbanks & Wood for over five years. She received her Certificate as an Office Assistant at Delta College in Stockton, CA, and has become an integral part of our team, supporting all aspects of our legal practice.
Susana lives in Tracy with her family and enjoys that she can raise her daughters in a family-friendly community.
