Glenn A. Willbanks is a founding partner of Willbanks & Wood, PLC. He graduated from Humphreys School of Law in 1987 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1988. Glenn is a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association, a member and past president of Tracy Association of Realtors,and a member of the National Association of Realtors. He is also a past president and board Member of the Tracy Chamber of Commerce. In addition to being an attorney, Glenn has been a realtor and broker for over 25 years. Glenn's area of practice is focused on real estate, inclduing residential and commercial property management. Glenn has extensive practice in Estate Planning, inclusive of Wills, Living Trusts, Power of Attorneys, and Health Care Directives.
Glenn has been a Central Valley resident all his life. He moved to Tracy in 1979 and raised his four daughters in the area. He is a proud father, grandfather and great-grandfather who enjoys playing golf, skiing and riding his Harley.
Chad J. Wood is a founding partner of Willbanks & Wood, PLC. He graduated from Portland State University in 1998 and Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2001. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. Chad is a member of the San Joaquin Bar Association and a Board Member of the Tracy Chamber of Commerce and past president. Chad is also a City of Stockton Hearing Officer. Chad's practices focuses on personal injury, including wrongful deaths, auto accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability and products liability. In addition, he practices in Employment Law inclusive of wrongful terminations, labor code violations, general employer requirements, contractor agreements and sub-contractor agreements. Chad's practice includes corporation formation with on-going corporate development and planing. He also provides estate plans for clients.
Chad has been a Central Valley resident since 1987; he and his wife are currently raising their daughters in Tracy. He enjoys family time, bicycling, swimming, running, softball, golf and triathlons.
